Soundbay, the parent company for some of Australia’s leading music retail brands (Store DJ, Mannys and Derringers), is a long time customer of Pronto and had been using Commerce Vision as their eCommerce platform.
A desire to modernise, add flexibility and grow omnichannel eCommerce revenues across their brands led to the conceptualisation and delivery of a headless, fully integrated Shopify Plus / Pronto platform using Pocketknife.
A migration away from Commerce Vision led to fully redeveloping a number of Pronto custom programs (e.g. Omnichannel Gift Cards, Open Box products)
The program of work included the redevelopment of the Store DJ, Mannys and Derringer eCommerce stores alongside Pronto integration and custom integration development.
